I. Usage:

Our pneumatic drum pumps are widely used in the fields such as leather, textile, printing and dyeing, wallpaper, coating, color painting board, color steel tile, cosmetic, food, medicine,

chemicals, spray painting, spray dyeing, Film aluminum plating, glass steel, pvc-steel, petroleum, mining, shipping, automobile, communication, electrical equipment refrigeration etc, and can be also suitable to transport high-viscosity liquid pulp with 12 ten thousand CPS/25, having the functions such as corrosion resistance, anti-sediment, low noise, energy saving etc. It is an ideal feeding facility.

II. Structure and principle:

This product utilizes pressure different to make the piston run up and down, which can drive the feeding piston to start and stop, thus realizing the purpose of pumping pulp. Its working gas flow and feed flow are adjustable. In addition,it can automatically work through pneumatic hydraulic pressure control system. 

III. Operating instructions:

1.correctly place the feeding pipe in the charging basket to be delivered.

2.connect the corrosion-resisting hose between the discharge port and the feed port.

3.The intake valve is in the state of "OFF", and then connect the gas source pipe with the intake joint. According to required pulp flow, start the intake valve to adjust the running frequency of the pulp pump.

IV.Maintenance:

1.During operating the pneumatic pulp pump, should prevent the cylinder body from impact and deformation, and avoid seizing-up of the piston.

2.After the piston run 100 million times, according to the condition of water content accumulated during the air compressor sends gas, should clean the cylinder body, and apply and inject 30# lubricating oil. 

3.Before using the pump that has been not used for a long time, should clean it in solvent under the condition of working, to avoid the feeding pipe is obstructed due to frozen pulp.

V.Attention:

1.During working, if the cylinder body has fever (if feel fever by hand), please immediately add 30# lubricating oil. 

2.During operation,in case there is leakage due to the adjusting nut is wear by airproof,please adjust the nut timely.
